Q: What's one hope you have for 2012?
A: I hope there will be less violence in the world; and that people would solve their problems by building relationships and dialogue with other people and with their communities.

Q: What's something you're glad to leave behind in 2011?
A: I've made some good decisions and I'm glad I made them. I've made more room to do sports psychology work that's inspiring and stimulating.

Q: If you could offer a newborn baby one piece of advice, what would it be?
A: As you grow, and start to think of who you are in the world, find ways to pay more attention to the voices that believe in you, support you and love you, and ways to ignore the voices that call you down, diminish you and encourage you to second-guess yourself.
